Just before the March Break, local artist, Eric Dyck spent two days visiting Riverside Consolidated School to teach different drawing techniques to the students and also to help design the title banner for Riverside Reads that you see at the very top of this page.

He did a great job with the kids, and the teaching staff was especially impressed that he was willing to work with all of the students in our k-5 school.  A lot of the authors and artists that we have come to our school through different projects are not as interested in working with our younger classes.

Teachers: We are not allowed to have external links on this site, but if Google does not find Eric Dyck’s website and you are interested in contacting him, please email us and the Riverside Reads staff will be happy to get you in touch with him.
